Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

Provide the serial number of the product.

Submit the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Products with a missing or altered serial number.

Products that have been disassembled, repaired, serviced, or modified by anyone other than an authorized Phene technician.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Normal wear and tear, such as battery depletion or external part damage.

Damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or external factors (e.g., water, fire, electrical surges).

Transportation costs for returning the item to Phene for inspection or service.
Repairs, Replacements, Returns, and Refunds
If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, it will be repaired, replaced, or refunded based on the evaluation of the product.

If the product is beyond repair, customers are entitled to a replacement.

If we are unable to provide a replacement, a refund will be offered.
