Pre-Order

PRE-ORDER POLICY
 

Customers can request to pre-order products through our pre-order request form on our website.

Confirming a Request:

  • Once we receive a pre-order request, we will contact the customer for confirmation.

  • The product will be ordered after the request is confirmed and payment is received.

 

Payment Options:

  • Customers can choose from the following payment methods:

  1. Full Payment – Pay the estimated total cost upfront (item price + estimated shipping and delivery charges). Any adjustments (+/-) for shipping and delivery charges will be settled at the time of delivery.

  2. Two-Part Payment Plan

    • Initial Payment: A minimum of 33% of the estimated total cost.

    • Final Payment: 115% of the remaining balance, adjusted for any shipping or delivery charge changes.

  • 33% of the estimated total cost is non-refundable.
     

Cancellation:

  • Customers can cancel pre-order requests at any time. However, a cancellation fee may apply.

 

​Warranty:

  • Customers can request a warranty for pre-ordered products.

  • Warranty may or may not be offered, depending on the condition of the product. This will be decided at the time of delivery.

  • Once a warranty is offered, it will be activated upon payment of an additional 5% of the total cost.
